Kaylee Tassoni -  Dental Hygienist:

Kaylee is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated with honors from Herzing University in January 2010, earning an Associates in Applied Science Degree. Kaylee was also the class recipient of the Golden Scaler Award, which recognizes excellence in patient care. She stays on top of new dental hygiene technology by attending continuing education classes.  Kaylee enjoys working in the dental field because it gives her the opportunity to improve her patients’ quality of life and allows her to work closely with some wonderful people. The health of your smile is her top priority!

When not working on your pearly whites, Kaylee can be found hanging out with family and friends. She spends a lot of time at the family’s lake place in northwestern Minnesota, at the softball fields, and with her springador (springer spaniel/black labrador), Mikko. (Yes, her dog is named after Mikko Koivu of the MN Wild hockey team, although her favorite team is the Chicago Blackhawks!) Kaylee also enjoys rollerblading, fishing, hunting, playing softball and volleyball, and just being outdoors (did I mention the hammock?)!

Kaylee says, “Be true to your teeth or they’ll be false to you!” Remember to brush and floss daily and keep smiling!

Emily Thornton - Dental Hygienist:

Emily is our other Dental Hygienist. She graduated in 2005 from the University of Minnesota, School of Dental Hygiene, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene, and a minor in child psychology. She continues to stay connected to the U of M School of Dentistry by taking continuing education classes to keep her up to date on the changing trends and science in dentistry.

Emily enjoys working as a dental hygienist because she loves to educate people on how to help make their oral health better.  She enjoys developing the long lasting relationships that occur with her patients.  She especially loves children!

If Emily is not in the office perfecting your smile, she can be found chasing after her two boys, Hans and Henrik.  Emily and her husband Christian, love to be outside with the boys Frisbee golfing, walking around their community of St. Anthony Village, or checking out new parks.  When and if they do get some alone time, Emily and her husband like to see live music.  They are both avid Pearl Jam fans.

Emily says; You don't have to floss all your teeth....Just the ones you want to keep!"
